1.Badges and Identification：

Each participant receives a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk. This badge should be worn at all times in order to gain access to the session rooms and other events. Please note that access to the meeting areas will not be permitted without an official congress badge. 

2.Currency：

The local currency is yuan (CNY).

3.Language：

The official language of the meeting is Chinese and English.

4.Mobile Phone Policy：

Please respect the meeting policy and keep your mobile phones on silent in all meeting rooms.

5.Telephone：

The international access code for China is +86. In case of emergency, call 110.

6. Meal Arrangements:

1. Accommodation and meals for academic guests will be arranged by the conference organizing committee; other participants are responsible for their own arrangements;

2. The conference will provide a set business lunch for all attendees on 29 October and 30 October.

7.Visa：

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering . If you need a letter of invitation, contact cias2026bejing@126.com after your registration fee is settled. Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.
